On this project, we were tasked with selecting and matching all of the colours for approval. Using fabrics and artwork as reference points for colours. Our works included the application of traditional oil paints to woodwork, and Casien distempers for walls and ceilings. The stripping and restoration of various painted wooden elements, returning them back to 19th century wood finishes. The antiquing of existing modern oak flooring, to resemble that of an antique and patinated oak floor.
